哈尔滨玻璃钢研究院有限公司成立于 1960 年 , 是我
国最早从事树脂基复合材料研发的科研机构之一，
现隶属于国务院国资委管理的中央企业中国建材集
团有限公司。哈玻院是国家科委（科技部）首批组
建的国家树脂基复合材料工程技术研究中心的依托
单位、国家纤维增强塑料标准化委员会副主任委员
单位。
