在这场顶尖“赛马场”上，广东积极找准博士后工作的创新点和突破口，充分激发博士后创新潜能和创业活力，努力促成更多企业、院校、科研院所与“最强大脑”强强联合。
选骏马，更要配好鞍。广东产业基础雄厚，1190家博士后科研平台等载体为人才提供舞台，2024年吸引6041名博士后涌入，约占全国1/7，今年前10个月新招收博士后数量就已突破去年全年。目前，广东在站博士后超1.7万人、稳坐全国“头把交椅”。
“最强大脑”集结背后，还得益于多年积累的“广东优势”。作为全国首批实施博士后制度的省份之一，广东不断深化博士后“引育留用”政策，深入实施“广东百家企业博士后创新平台培育计划”，加大力度在人工智能、机器人、低空经济等战略性新兴产业、未来产业布局。同时，搭建“众创杯”、湾区博创赛等创新创业赛事平台，在仅举办了两届的湾区博创赛中，便累计促成超200个项目落户湾区。
在南粤的政策沃土滋养之下，“科研种子”遍地开花，广东也得到了人才“用脚投票”最直观的回应。
