• Guangdong boosts low-altitude tourism with manufacturing-service integration

Tourists can take off from the top of the Canton Tower and arrive at Dongguan's Songshan Lake just half an hour later, while young people try flight sports at low-altitude flight camps. These scenarios are rapidly becoming a reality in Guangdong. On the first working day in the Year of the Horse, the Provincial High-quality Development Conference focused on the "Coordinated Development of Manufacturing and Services" and clearly proposed to let the low-altitude economy "take flight."

Currently, Guangdong's low-altitude economy has surpassed 100 billion yuan, ranking among the top in the country. The province has launched over 60 low-altitude cultural tourism routes, with flight camps opening one after another and consumption vouchers stimulating market demand. After the conference, Guangdong Yesheng Aviation Technology Co., Ltd. unveiled the multi-rotor eVTOL Sky Moon. This model combines a starry sky ceiling, massage seats, and a smart large display, positioning it not merely as a mode of transportation, but as a "mobile luxury living room" and a new vehicle for cultural tourism.

"Low-altitude products must be market-oriented, and technology should be closely linked to the scenarios," said the company's representative. From the initial stage of product positioning, manufacturing and services have already been seamlessly integrated.

On the policy front, efforts continue to ease restrictions, with an emphasis on enhancing regulatory adaptability while ensuring safety. Industry experts believe that refining the legal framework to address the characteristics of low-altitude operation for all-electric aircraft will provide more precise support for industrial development.

Driven by the "Pazhou R&D + Back Channel Manufacturing" strategy in Haizhu District, R&D and intelligent manufacturing are being advanced in tandem, accelerating the formation of the low-altitude industry chain. As flight routes expand and real-world applications take shape, Guangdong is forging a path that combines manufacturing-based foundations, scenario-driven development, and value-added services, bringing low-altitude cultural tourism from a vision to everyday life.
