金风送爽、丹桂飘香，2023年9月15日我们欢聚一堂，云南空管分局管制运行部首届“比学赶超”管制业务英语技能比赛圆满完成。
Air traffic radio communication is a bridge to provide air traffic services, and the ability of controllers to communicate in English is an important guarantee directly related to flight safety and operation efficiency. In order to further strengthen the English communication skills of controllers, strengthen the control and the air-to-ground cooperation of pilots to ensure absolute flight safety.
This activity aims to promote learning through competition and promote application through learning. We hope that through such a platform, we can improve controller’s enthusiasm for learning English after work.
管制运行部通过搭建管制业务英语技能比赛活动，一方面是是聚焦行业发展的主要矛盾，抓基层、打基础、苦练基本功，不断把“三基”建设引向深入，夯实安全运行根基；另一方面也为营造良好的“比学赶超”学习环境，充分激发管制员学习英语的内驱力，促进管制员英语学习能力的提升。
赛前，管制运行部高度重视此次活动，统筹协调相关部门和参赛单位，协调沟通各单位按照职责分工，通力协作、主动作为、统筹兼顾，全面做好各项筹备保障工作。
比赛过程中各位选手从不同的角度，不同的岗位出发，共同展示了空中交通管制员的英语风采。他们用丰富的知识储备、独特的见解和流利的语言表达，展现了管制英语在实践中的应用。
最终本次比赛共角逐出12位获奖选手，获得一等奖的分别是进近管制室文韬云和塔台管制室邓琦。获得二等奖的分别是区域管制室金琦、查宇，进近管制室李秋吟、杨晓磊。获得三等奖的分别是区域管制室马连臣、郑柯，进近管制室张鹏翔和塔台管制室周慧、李创、郭飞。
民航强国建设的本质是高质量发展，这是新时代的基本特征，云南空管分局管制运行部在构建分局高质量发展蓝图中充分发挥支撑引领作用。我们紧跟着时代的节奏、把握发展的脉搏，夯实管制员工作基本功，以赛促教，以赛促学，拓宽新思路，打造共建共享共赢的良好学习环境，为分局的高质量发展舔砖加瓦，共筑美好未来。
The contestants of this competition, with their knowledge, unique insights and fluent language expression, demonstrated the application of regulatory English in practice. Their wonderful performance has undoubtedly set an example for all of us.
