China Resources Land Center is a comprehensive
service building project of Beijing Daxing
International Airport jointly operated by China
Resources Land and Capital Airport Group. It is an
extension of the overall structure of the terminal
building. Together with the terminal building, it
forms the complete architectural form of a central
radio six-finger corridor. It's also the only way to
enter or leave the airport either by transit or by self
driving. With a total construction area of about
142,000m2 , the project integrates offifice, commerce
and hotels. It is the first comprehensive airport
transportation complex in China.
华润置地中心是华润置地与首都机场集团共同建设
运营的北京大兴国际机场综合服务楼项目，是航站
楼整体构型的延伸，与航站楼共同组成一个中心放
射六指廊的完整建筑形态，是乘坐机场轨道交通及
自驾车旅客进出机场的必经之路。项目总建筑面积
约 14.2 万 m2 ，集办公、商业、酒店于一体，是国
内首个空港综合交通枢纽型商务综合体。
