5月12日，厦航青岛营业部收到了一封特殊的邮件，这是印度尼西亚旅客AndreasAgren发来的英文感谢信，他在信中讲述了4月在青岛搭乘厦航航班时，在厦航工作人员的主动热情服务下避免误机的经历，并为厦航的“卓越服务”点赞。
据了解，当天该旅客到达厦航柜台咨询航班改签情况时，值班柜员了解到旅客没有托运行李，经过谨慎评估后认为旅客成功登机的可能性较大，便立刻协请值机主任为旅客快速办理值机并提供晚到旅客标识，带领旅客通过快速安检通道，联系登机口通报旅客动态并在控制区接应，为旅客成功登机争取时间。
目前，厦航于青岛始发的国际中转旅客日均达42人，中转方向覆盖东南亚、澳洲、欧洲、北美等方向，厦航青岛营业部不断精简和优化中转旅客的保障和服务流程，加强与机场等关联单位的协调配合，为中转旅客提供顺畅、舒心的旅行体验。这封漂洋过海的英文表扬信，是对厦航在当地航空市场服务理念和服务品质的肯定，也是对厦航不断提升服务水平，打造“厦航式服务”金字招牌的勉励。(通讯员 谢松林)

你好!
我想通过这封邮件，为厦门航空在青岛提供的卓越服务点赞。
我在2017年4月18日从青岛乘坐计划10:50起飞的厦航MF8046航班，经厦门中转至巴厘岛。当天我从潍坊乘大巴赴青岛机场的途中大巴车因故延迟，我在10:05才到达了机场——此时MF8046航班已经停止值机了。值机员告知我当时已经无法办理值机，指引我到厦航柜台寻求协助。
我向厦航的柜员说明自己原计划在厦门有5小时的中转时间，虽然错过了MF8046航班，是否有可能改签至其他飞往厦门的航班。没想到柜员了解到情况后反应很迅速，说了一句“跟我来”并在我前面跑到“行李超限检查处(此处应为旅客误解，实际为处理紧急情况的值机主任柜台)”，为我办理了登机牌并在我胸前贴上一个黄色贴纸(晚到旅客优先贴)，带我一路奔向安检口，协助我快速通过了安检。
MF8046航班早已开始登机，我作为该航班最后到达的一个旅客顺利登机，真是又惊又喜。
在这里，我要再次对厦门航空青岛机场的职工点一个大写的赞，感谢他们周到迅速的保障，使我最终顺利成行!

Hello,
I want to thank the staff of Xiamen Air in Qingdao for excellent service.
I had booked flight MF8046 on April 18, 2017, at 10:50 from Qingdao with connection in Xiamen to Denpasar. Due to bad estimation of driving time by bus from Weifang to Qingdao I arrived late at the airport: 10:05. The information board displayed that the check in for the flight had closed. The staff at the check-in counter confirmed that it was too late, but directed me to another counter.
I explained in this counter that I understood that I was late for the flight, but I could maybe be rebooked to another flight, since I had a 5 hour transit time in Xiamen. After a few minutes now things got in a rush: One staff said ”Follow me" and ran in front of me to the oversize luggage security, and from there he again ran in front of me, leading the way to Express Security Check. He handed me the boarding pass, put a yellow sticker on my chest and I got through security directly.
The flight was already boarding, so I just lined up as last man and got on the plane, much to my surprise.
So, again a big THANK YOU to the Xiamen staff at Qingdao airport who went out of their way to make me catch my flight.
